All Suzy Lamplugh Trust training content is tailor-made. We carry out needs-assessment exercise with every client before we create and deliver a training course. However, there are times where none of our conventional training models can suitably match the needs of a client, and in such cases we look for creative models of delivery. Below you will see two examples, one created for the British Retail Consortium, to train hundreds of thousands of retail workers in conflict de-escalation management techniques, and the other for millions of dog owners nationwide, providing tips and guidance on how to mitigate risks associated with dog theft.
