This course covers an overview of the duty to manage asbestos in non-domestic premises as specified in the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Regulation 4.

Any person who requires an overview of the duty to manage asbestos and legislative requirements. This would normally include, but is not limited to, duty holder’s assistants, appointed person’s assistants, building owners, landlords, sublets, managing agents and any person assisting duty holders in compliance with CAR 2012 Regulation 4.

Refresher course also available - This course is intended for any individual who requires an overview of the duty to manage asbestos and legislative requirements who have previously attended UKATA’s Duty to Manage course
