iSens 5G Environmental Multiple Wireless Gas Sensor with LoRa & LoRaWAN Technology

Safe Monitoring Group Stand: 3/G70
Sensotran
The iSens 5G is designed for applications that require broad gas coverage, flexible communications and simplified installation. It can accommodate up to five sensors simultaneously, allowing a single unit to monitor multiple risk factors at the same location. Supported sensing technologies include electrochemical sensors for oxygen and toxic gases, catalytic and infrared sensors for combustible gases, infrared sensors for carbon dioxide, and PID sensors for VOC detection.

A major benefit of the iSens 5G is its communication versatility. It can transmit data via LoRa to a GasVisor control panel for on-site management, through LoRaWAN to cloud-based systems, or over NB-IoT/LTE for remote monitoring where mobile network coverage is available. The Nb-IoT modem drains so many battery so for those applications, an USB-C adapter will be needed. This makes it particularly suitable for distributed facilities, outdoor installations and locations where traditional wired systems are impractical.

Installation and maintenance have been streamlined through wireless architecture, plug-and-play deployment and NFC configuration. Battery operation with up to two years of autonomy is available for electrochemical versions, while optional external power supports sensor technologies with higher energy demand. In the event of signal loss or low battery, the system can alert operators, helping protect both people and assets. With scalable integration, multiple sensing options and long-range communication capability, iSens 5G provides a future-ready gas detection solution for modern industrial environments.
