Traditionally used in the telecommunications industry – control panels, aircraft and military applications. Lacing Cord is still used in many modern day applications, mainly due to not creating any obstructions. Therefore avoiding the handling problems encountered with cables tied with plastic bindings, such as cable ties.

The thin cord laces join cables together, with a series of stitches or knots. Different methods of tying are used including traditional running lock stitches, continuous lacing made from a series of overhand knots. In addition to spot ties, which combine clove hitches with reef knots to bind the lace together for a reliable and professional appearance.

Cables are securely fastened and neatly organised with a nylon core. This construction maximum limit on tensile strength to prevent excessive tension in lacing up, with sufficient elasticity under low loads. Therefore, creates a safe and neat cable form.

The outer P.V.C. sheath acts as a cushion preventing the cord from cutting or damaging cable insulation and prevents rattling . Thanks to the wide operating temperature range, it’s suitable for use in various environments and provides long-lasting and consistent performance.
