• In depth discussion with policy holders around requirements for policy
• Training sessions with a variety of teams to draw out the issues faced and identify what works and what doesn’t in terms of procedures
• Focus groups - a group of frontline staff from a variety of roles can gather together to discuss experiences, risks and different procedures

We will then either work with you to write/revise the policy or we will complete the write up and send it to you for approval.
