This service will leave you with Suzy Lamplugh Trust approved policies and procedures which cover all aspects of your organisation in relation to lone working
Consultancy can take the form of:
- In depth discussion with policy holders around requirements for policy
- Training sessions with a variety of teams to draw out the issues faced and identify what works and what doesn’t in terms of procedures
- Focus groups - a group of frontline staff from a variety of roles can gather together to discuss experiences, risks and different procedures
We will then either work with you to write/revise the policy or we will complete the write up and send it to you for approval. By the end of the process you will have a robust bespoke policy covering all aspects of lone working within your organisation.
