Lakeland's Pyrolon® protective SFR workwear offers options for chemical protection to Types 3,4 5 and 6. It is based on unique fabric specifically engineered for its FR proeperties and is not based on standard polymers.

Pyrolon® are the ONLY SFR chemical suits FULLY certified to the latest version of EN 14116 and the ONLY SFR options that are proved to be effective through thermal mannequin testing - used to predict body burn in a flash fire event. In these tests Pyrolon® are proved to enhance thermal protection and dramatically reduce predicted body burn compared to other SFR options.
