PALOMA started in 1997, initially as a business in exporting PPE, connecting global customers and local manufacturers. We then specialized in fall protection since 2002. With years of knowledge on fall protection equipment, we developed a profound understanding of what it takes to make high quality products, and what was missing in the industry. We filled in this gap by becoming an OEM and producing for global height safety brands in 2010.

Through the years, we have rigorously upgraded ourselves by obtaining ISO:9001 certificate for our quality management system, utilizing ERP system (SAP), and building our own laboratory that tests to international standards including CE, ANSI, CSA, AS/NZS, and GB, with more than 60 calibrated testing equipment to ensure data accuracy. We have also innovated novel methods of bulk-producing harnesses, reaching an efficiency unimaginable to others, while maintaining quality. Along with a system of professional design and production, we ensure the excellent execution of ideas, bringing into life the ambition of height safety brands around the world.

Our dedication towards quality and eagerness to contribute to this industry continue to carry us through as one of the most important and impactful harness OEMs in the world. We are rapidly growing our technical expertise in height safety, as well as manufacturing capabilities and product range. We are now a family of 120 employees: it will be the same heart protecting them - which is us, PALOMA - that is going to protect millions of workers at height.
