Alexis Powell-Howard is the Managing Director at Fortis Therapy & Training, a multi award-winning therapeutic and emotional wellbeing service working to deliver the gold standard in the mental health services sector.
Fortis provide a range of services to organisations, schools, police, local authorities and individuals across the UK including therapy for all ages, coaching, training and reflective practice. Fortis provide and support a whole organisational approach to wellbeing, culture change, psychological safety and use a trauma-informed approach.
Alexis is also an experienced leader and manager, a BACP accredited and experienced psychotherapist, systemic practitioner, supervisor, trainer, mediator, and coach, passionate about therapeutic approaches and how effective they can be to help individuals, organisations and schools, to move through difficult times.
