Anna Keen
With 20 years of experience working alongside Safety & Sustainability profession, Anna has recruited and developed progressive leaders at organizations like Netflix, ARUP, Kraft Heinz and CBRE.
After noticing a gap in non-technical development in the Health and Safety profession while working in Executive Search in Australia, she founded Acre Frameworks in 2015 to create a development pathway that helps professionals move from competent to highly effective.
Since launching Frameworks, Anna has had the privilege of developing some of the most forward-thinking Health and Safety leaders and their teams. Through this work, she gained a deep understanding of what it truly takes to drive purposeful change within organizations and society as a whole.
Passionate about personal growth, Anna recently launched her own consultancy to continue evolving the way professionals are developed, helping them create lasting, meaningful impact.
