Daren Roett
For over 28 years Daren has been fortunate to work with teams across a diverse range of global business environments.
He’s often asked what motivates him to work in the industry. Putting it quite simply 'it's about connecting with others and helping them thrive'.
Daren passionately believes you cannot have great safety and health outcomes without people being at their best, engaged within their organisation and recognised for their contribution.
A significant part of his experience has been to create a deep understanding of the impact that leadership at all levels has on organisational culture and the intrinsic link between safety and health performance. In 2012 Daren introduced a leadership engagement programme that within 2 years was deployed globally to over 430,000 team members, something still active today.
