David Pearson
Over the last 30 years David has led and positioned Premier Partnership as a prime provider of learning and development for a large number of public and private sector organisations including local authorities, NHS Trusts, universities, government departments and blue light organisations. The Metropolitan Police, HSE, HS2, NHS England, Durham University, HMRC and DWP are all clients he has proudly worked with for many years.
David is a health and safety specialist in safety culture development. He is an advisor on public health to government bodies, a qualified Environmental Health practitioner and a former advisor on compliance to the Health and Safety Executive. He has managed several significant health and safety legal prosecutions as an enforcer and published guidance on legal compliance.
He is a qualified health and safety consultant and Chartered Member of the Institute of Safety and Health. He is also a lecturer in health and safety and has acted as expert witness on numerous health and safety prosecutions.
He currently provides strategic direction and assistance on the leadership of health and safety in over 100 large public sector organisations.
