Through his role with Peoplesafe, the largest provider of personal safety technology in the world, Freddie has developed in-depth research studies into the perceptions of personal safety across all industries. This research has shown surprisingly high concerns across the working population, yet a glaring gap in the actions and views of businesses.

Using these insights and his knowledge of global enterprise organisations, Freddie has led discussions across Health & Safety and HR events to encourage debate and raise awareness of these issues. As a passionate advocate of wellbeing in organisations, he believes that all organisations need to acknowledge and do more to protect and get the best out of their people.
