She encourages cross‑sector knowledge sharing and evidence‑based practice to drive meaningful safety improvement and position OSH as a value‑adding force for safer, healthier workplaces. Her past work includes leading an award-winning fall prevention programme that reduced falls by 69% among older social housing residents, demonstrating the power of translating learning across environments and disciplines. Jules now leads RoSPA’s OSH Skills Commission where she has brought together leaders from across OSH, HR and people sustainability to address complex workforce challenges through shared expertise and systems‑level thinking.
