A people person who takes a balanced pragmatic approach to maintaining compliance and driving success, who is a big advocate of empowering people with skills and knowledge to thrive within their roles.

Qualifications include a BSc (hons) in safety and environmental management, NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management, NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and a NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety.  

Recent successes include leading O.C.O Technology to five years non-conformance free in external verifications audits for their integrated management system (which incorporates ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001), successfully leading the implementation of O.C.O Technology Competency Management System (CMS) and winning Numerous Health and Safety awards from RoSPA and the SHE Awards.
