He is a Fellow of the International Institution of Risk and Safety Management, a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and a Member of the Institution of Corps of Royal Engineers. Martin is the Global Director for Employee Health & Safety, Corporate Security and Quality Compliance for Reckitt, a Health, Nutrition and Hygiene FMCG organisation. Reckitt sits in the top 20 FTSE All-Share Index Ranking with a global workforce of c.43000. Martin is also a Trustee on the Board of St Annes Community Services, a Charity that is a leading multi-speciality care provider who is devoted to person-centred care.
