As Technical Lead for Arco, Mike has over 30 years of experience in confined space and working at height, utilising extensive knowledge and expertise in high-risk hazards to provide advice, guidance and training in access and rescue. Outside of work, Mike is actively involved in cave rescue at both regional and national levels. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Midlands Cave Rescue Organisation and the National Equipment Officer for the British Cave Rescue Council, the national representative body for the UK cave rescue teams.
