Following careers in defence electronics and the public sector, Mike has spent over 24 years in the UK private security industry initially in operations but latterly in a risk management, compliance and assurance role. In his current role, responsibility for health and safety sits with Mike and his team for approximately 15,000 colleagues operating across a number of security related service lines throughout the UK for public and private sector clients.
