Nikki Booth

Dr Nikki Booth began his career as a secondary school teacher, teaching music, spanish, mathematics, and physics. During his teaching career, he held several leadership positions, including Head of Music, Head of Modern Foreign languages, and Head of Assessment. In his free time, Nikki also worked as a researcher and visiting lecturer at Birmingham City University.
In January 2023, he left his 15-year teaching career to work for NEBOSH, first as a Formative Assessment Auditor and now as Head of Assessment Development. As an academic, Nikki holds a PhD in Educational Assessment, has over twenty-five publications on educational assessment, and is a regular presenter at national and international conferences.
