Paul Griffiths is Group Head of Safety at DSP Construction, Vice Chair of the IOSH Construction Committee, and a Chartered Manager with extensive experience across construction, manufacturing, engineering, and retail sectors. A Chartered Member of IOSH, Paul has a proven track record of delivering strategic change programmes, enhancing safety performance, and leading high-performing teams in complex and fast-paced environments.
With a career spanning senior leadership roles and consultancy, including as Director of Progressive Safety Solutions Ltd, he has worked with major organisations delivering safety change. Paul is passionate about developing people, fostering a positive safety culture, and aligning operational delivery with strategic business objectives. He is also highly experienced in designing and delivering leadership, management, and SHEQ training programmes.
