Richard thrives in the high-pressure environment of sports, live music, and entertainment. An advocate of OSH as a first career, supporting the Future Leaders community and through the IOSH mentoring scheme. He is a member of the North Wales Branch Exec Committee, Future of the Profession Steering Group and Sports Grounds and Events Sector Group. Grassroots, sustainability-driven approach to OSH, diversity, equity, and elimination of harm aligned with Activate 2028 and the value of volunteering are his key incentives during his Vice-Presidential term.
