Richard Broad
Rich is skilled and experienced in Operational Safety Management having worked to police, military, and ISO standards. Currently, he leads and manages the RPS Technical Fire, Health and Safety Consulting Team operating across the UK.
Rich has over 10 years’ experience in risk management from working in various roles such internal advisor, external Lead Consultant for complex, commercial clients, and as specialist fire, health, and safety consultant in the built sector. Experience in dynamic risk assessments, gap analysis, public protection operations, accident investigation, and provision of face-fit training.
He has implemented bespoke support methods for the consultants he leads, establishing benchmarks and implementing development strategies devised from experience gained through his career.
Rich has conducted high-level health and safety strategic audits for UK wide clients and several high-level for private defence and homeland security organisations, specialising in technology and engaged in programs across the world.
