Rod Farmworth
Rod Farnworth is CEO of the Trauma Action Group (TAG). He drives TAG’s Mission to transform lives through developing understanding of psychological trauma and the practical skills of frontline personnel in recognising and responding to the needs of others.
With 28 years of military leadership experience, Rod brings a strong understanding of working in high-pressure environments and supporting people in stressful circumstances.
Through his work, Rod has seen how often staff are expected to support and interact with people who have suffered trauma without the right tools or strategies. This can include the people who use their services and/or their colleagues.
