In recent years, the nature of work has undergone significant transformations, driven by technological advancements, demographic shifts, and the emergence of new work models. These changes have brought about workforce instability, characterised by diverse employment patterns, gig economy engagements, temporary contracts and remote working, posing new challenges in maintaining optimal OSH standards across industries.
