Mathew began his career in 2004, In 2010 Bromak Training was launched with Mat as Director, offering accredited Health & Safety Training to the Construction Industry.

Becoming 3B Training in 2011, the company has grown and expanded nationally, training over 30,000 delegates a year working with some of the UK’s major construction companies.
